I’ve spent 18+ years hiring creatives & tech talent. Most people don’t have a career problem – they have a visibility problem.

 In the createch space, there are three things hiring managers care about:  

– Can you solve relevant problems?  

– Can you show me proof?  

– Can you communicate like a pro?

The mistake I see every week?  

Talented people relying on a generic CV and a quiet LinkedIn profile to do all of that heavy lifting.

If you want to optimise your career, start with this simple audit:

1. Skills – What skills are actually paying your bills right now? List them.

2. Proof – Do you have 3–5 recent examples (projects, campaigns, code, content) that show those skills in action?

3. Story – Does your LinkedIn headline, About section and Featured content tell that story clearly?

When you fix visibility, everything else gets easier: more replies, better interviews, and stronger offers.
